hello guys, how are you? today I am going to tell you a few "NINJA TIPS" to wake your ass out of the bed.
you probably already read few articles about how to wake up early like
> avoid screen before bed
>don't eat dinner late
>have a bedtime schedule
all these points are really important and they have been widely discussed.
1. HAVE A STRONG REASON "WHY?"
It's the first and foremost point to know why should you get up so early.
its nothing like waking up early will eventually make you the most successful person.
you should have a reason.
this will be a little bit hard but please find the reason.
2. TAKE BABY STEPS
don't just jump your alarm clock to 4am.
if you have a habit of waking up at 10 am.
then start with eliminating HALF HOUR FROM YOUR CYCLE.
3. SLEEP WELL
it very to get 6-7 hours of quality sleep.
make sure you get enough sleep if you are planning to wake early.
4. BUILD MOMENTUM
After you wake up early, the challenge is to stay up. Maybe you’ll love to relax and sip your coffee. But for me, getting too comfortable is dangerous.
Now, the first thing I do is exercise. My heart gets racing, and afterward, I can give what matters most of my best focus and attention.
Move through your routine quickly:
Have the coffee ready.
Set out your exercise clothes.
Keep a vigorous pace and you won’t feel as drowsy.
5. Allow yourself to sleep in once in a while.
Despite what I just said in the previous point, once in a while it’s nice to sleep in. As long as it’s not a regular thing. I do it maybe once a week or so.
