3 Habits that are destroying your day
Have you ever thought that your day didn't go as per your plan? I'm sure you did. it happens to each and every person on this planet. but sometimes it becomes a major problem and you end up in a vicious cycle of a habit. if you admit that you have habits that are ruining your day, it's time for you to change your day. here are some habits that contribute to lousy habits.
1. Your day starts with your phone
please stop...!!! this is your first step towards ruining your day. you should at least have to stay away 30-45 minutes from your phone after waking up. in those 45 minutes, you may go for a walk, meditate, enjoy some coffee/tea with your parents, or workout and read a newspaper. but please stay away from the screen after waking up.
2. you don't drink water
the first thing to do when you wake up is to have a glass of lukewarm water as you were sleeping for hours without water. your brain gets a kind of kick start.
3. you snooze your alarm
there is a scientific study behind snoozing your alarm and its effects on your brain. the snooze button will probably make you feel foggy and more tired. And regularly relying on it to sneak in more Zzz's will mess with your body's internal clock, which can actually deprive you of sleep and set you up for some major health problems.
